The Bulgarian Bag is an awesome training tool and posted on many sites as the ultimate one. Combine its range of movements with a top trainer and you can get a killer of a workout. Due to its awkward shape and that you can throw it in virtually any direction is challenges your stabilization and mobilization muscles whilst providing a fat burner workout.
Lower body it challenges the leg muscles in the carry and lift sequences that the classes take you through.
Upper body strength is encompassed with exercises such as bicep curls, pushups on the bag etc. It’s actually tough to think of an area of the body that this won’t enhance.
