With our hectic lives we end up forgetting about ourselves. We forget about giving us that special time for ourselves to do anything we want, ‘a treat’ if you will. We always use the same excuse: ‘I’m too busy; I don’t have the time to do it.‘

As time goes by you start thinking that something is missing in your life; you don’t know exact what it is. You think about your old hobbies but they don’t bring you the same enthusiasm and excitement as they used to. Then you talk to your girlfriends about it and one of them suggests belly dancing classes. You get extremely excited but then you think: ‘Oh, I think I’m too old for it’ or ‘I can’t, I’m too fat’ or ‘I’ve never danced before, I have two left feet! ‘

Belly dance is high energy, delicate, feminine. It is sensual, it is powerful. It is for women of any age, weight, shape, background, nationality or religion. It is an art form made by women for women.

Our classes are held in a nurturing and encouraging environment, full of inspiration, energy and they great fun! Hayaam is a very committed and enthusiastic instructor who deeply enjoys teaching belly dancing and most of all, seeing her students build up their skills and confidence little by little, day by day.

From Monday to Saturday, wherever you are, there is always a Hayaam Bellydance Class near you so there are no excuses not to join! And don’t forget to bring your friends with you, the more the merrier!
