We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Fifth Floor and Roof Kitchens. Applicants must have previous experience in a Jnr Sous Chef position in a quality driven establishment. Superior leadership and creative skills are essential. Having an excellent overview of your team is of paramount importance, as well as being able to move the menu and kitchen forward.

The food reflects simple modern Italian cuisine, made from only the finest ingredients and produce. Daily menu changes occur, allowing for creative contributions.

Salary

We offer a salary of £23,000 to £25,000 based on seven shifts, overtime paid at a shift rate, potentially increasing salary by £4000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
