You will be responsible for the efficient running of the venue in the absence of the GM. You will be able to work under your own initiative, listen to instruction and carry out tasks as directed. You will be a motivator of others and lead by example. An interest in British food and knowledge of the British Counties will be advantageous You must have at least 2 year’s management experience within a Branded Restaurant or public house environment.
