My business has been featured in an article in the UK's Coaching at Work Magazine this month. It is a highly respected magazine in my industry and it includes the name of myself, my team, my client and also our website and email address. (See attached article). The article doesn't represent all that we do, but a part of our service offering.
We want to win more work with blue-chip global brand corporate clients who regularly invest in external companies like Spring as part of their culture - it is a waste of time approaching companies who do not have the budget or inclination to invest in their employees. See our client page www.springccr.co.uk/track-record We offer performance coaching, training programmes and mentoring on the following subjects: Sales, Management, Leadership, Change, Influencing styles, communication, personal branding, field management etc
Our best way of winning new work is through recommendation and referral and introductions. I then meet prospective clients for a coffee or lunch and talk more. I never do this in an overt 'sales' way, but all through relationship building, helping them out, sometimes doing some complimentary work and then being fully hired. Ideally I like to avoid pitching and tendering - I've only done this twice in 5 years. I prefer to meet people where there is mutual interest and need to talk rather than just 'selling' to them.
The people who generally hire us are quite senior. They might be a Director, Head of Department, VP, or within HR or the L&D dept.
I want to find innovative, creative, low-cost and high impact ways of reaching lots of people at this level so that they read the article, value the content and are interested to talk further with Spring. I'm flexible as to how we go about this campaign and don't know the best way to approach it.
I hope that gives you a flavour of what I'm looking to achieve. The best way I can measure value from this campaign, is through booking quality meetings with big well known brands that I'm able to convert into clients.
Please feel free to ask more questions and suggest what approach you would take to achieving this within the budget.
