Hey there. My name is Ryan and I'm 24. I recently finished my Masters in International Marketing and am starting a new job down in the southeast next week. I'm looking for a room in a friendly flat where everyone is social (eats together, watches movies together, has a few glasses of wine together, goes out on occasion...).

I need to travel from either Vauxhall or Clapham junction (or Waterloo), so easy transit to one of those is essential. Also, I'm looking to pay about £440pcm inclusive (or close to it).

I'm a pretty smart guy who enjoys film, traveling, and running to stay fit. I work in marketing. I have a sort of quirky sense of humour, and get along well with most people.
