I have a double furnished room in a lovely victorian converted flat. All bills are included and its for 3 months to maybe longer. I am clean and so is my home so please be tidy and we will be fine. The flat is on harrow road and i have a balcony overlooking the canal. You really must see the flat. PLEASE no time wasters as I want to rent the room out asap. Its £125 a week all inclusive and rent can be paid monthly or weekly with a deposit of £250 plus the first weeks rent. The deposit will be your last 2 weeks rent so you will not need to pay rent for your last 2 weeks here. I am a gay man so you would need to be comfortable with this.
