Lost my job and my home and currently crashing at a temporary place which I have to leave any day now.

Starting work again in February. I am a freelancer and will be having a regular income from February onwards.

I can help with household chores and be a companion, or can pay you rent as well.

I cannot afford deposit upfront. But can pay rent or contribute towards expenses. This would ideally suit someone who would like to help a young guy in need and is not a typical landlord.

I start work again in February, and the Council said they could help me with the rent and an allowance until then.

I got several responses fro my previous adverts, but none of them worked out. I am open to all possibilities but when someone attempts to use their accommodation space as a bait for sex or a ready-made relationship, it would not work.
