Touch Rugby is an exciting game that can be played by men & women of all ages and any skill level. There is minimal contact (No TACKLING) so very little chance of injury. It's very easy to learn too which is why it is becoming one of the fastest growing sports worldwide!

Never played before? Touch Nation are offering a free training day on 17th of April too where you will be taught the basics in a friendly and social atmosphere.
