What we do
BlazingMonkey.com is a FREE for use online community noticeboard site hosting Classified Ads and Adult Personals, where you can offer and buy and sell just about anything and any service (as long as its legal
within the UK, EU, and in your own country), share your opinions and review products.
We provide a medium through which you can freely post, view and respond to online personals and classified ads.
What we ask of you
All users of the website/s and forum/s MUST be over the age of 16yrs+ (or 18yrs+ in the Adult section) and agree that your posted content and images do not break law in the UK, EU, or in your own country, or cause laws to be broken or violated
in any way in the UK, EU or your own country, or to email or post anything onsite (or in response to any Ad) that is in any way abusive, defamatory, threatening, false or misleading, libelous,
infringes on or harms an individual or a group simply because of their gender, race, sexuality or ethnicity, or harms minors in any way, or is invasive of anothers
privacy.
YOU and ONLY YOU are wholly responsible for all your goods sold, services offered, and postings and files you submit, whether by sound, email, comments, images,
photos or videos to our website and YOU will be liable for and suffer any consequences that may come about through your deeds. You must also be informed that we shall
co-operate fully with legal authorities if required to do so.
Certain goods and services are prohibited from being sold or promoted on Blazing Monkey, both in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and/or of the country
you are posting from and located in. Blazing Monkey also reserves the right, in its own opinion and without need for further clarification, to remove any/all Ads for any goods or service if it/they is/are deemed unsuitable for
publication or promotion on this site.
You agree that BlazingMonkey reserves the right (but has no obligation) to delete or deactivate your ads or postings and images, block your email or IP address,
or otherwise terminate your access to the service immediately and without notice, for any reason within BlazingMonkey's sole opinion, including, but without limitation,
if BlazingMonkey believes that you have acted irresponsibly or unlawfully. Furthermore, you agree that BlazingMonkey shall not be liable to you or any third-party for
any termination of your access to the Service and you agree not to attempt to use the Service in any way after said termination.
You agree to not post the same or similar content to the same categories/cities, or to use posting agents or software to post content on behalf of yourself
or others, or to circulate software viruses or any other technologies or computer codes that may cause detriment or damage to BlazingMonkey or the property or interests of
BlazingMonkey users, or send files or programs designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications
equipment, that disrupts the normal flow of conversation with an unnecessary amount of content to BlazingMonkey, or that otherwise negatively affects other users'
ability to use the website or to impersonate copy, modify, or give out any other person's content without their consent, or use automated means, including spiders,
robots, crawlers, data mining tools, to copy or download source scripts or data from BlazingMonkey unless expressly permitted in writing to do so by BlazingMonkey.
You agree to reveal your IP address when using BlazingMonkeys service and forum.
You agree to not respond to any Ad with any services or offerings unrelated to the topic of that Ad itself.
You also agree to not send the same or similiar message (re-typed or pasted) to a multitude of Ads.
All responses to Ads must be manually contructed and individually sent by yourself. No responses to Ads may be sent by use of automated devices or software.
In responding to Ads, your IP details will also be logged. BlazingMonkey reserves the right to block you from using the site (and pass your IP details over to the relevant authorities if required) if complaints are received regarding your responses to Ads.
